Apartments at The Wauregan are available at below market rental rates and prices are based on the total income of the residents, how many residents will occupy the apartment, and the type of apartment. The following table outlines the qualifying incomes and rents.

All applicants are subject to a credit check and a criminal background check and must provide satisfactory references from prior landlords. The total number of residents per apartment is limited to 2 people per bedroom.
